Indoor Cycling Playlist – Songs From Movies

I realized a lot of the songs I listen to happen to be songs made for movies or used in a movie. So naturally, I created a playlist for spin. I’m working on a second playlist containing other songs because there are so many and  I only get an hour for class!

Hearts on Fire – Rocky IV Warm up-stand at the chorus Stand at chorus
Danza Kuduro – Fast and Furious 5 20/20/20 (stand, hover, sit) Start at 3.5, turn every 20 can stay seated, hover seated, also do squats
Everything I Do (Do It For You) – Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves Rolling Hills Start at 3.5, turn every 5 seconds, 6 turns (30 seconds), turn back for 4 (20 seconds) / Stay where you are and do the sequence again so after you turn back four you should be a little higher than where you started. If it’s too difficult, take some off or stop turning. If it’s too easy, turn it up.
Green Hornet – Kill Bill Vol. 1 Dashes.  15 seconds on/15 seconds off Make sure the resistance is high enough for you to go fast. If the resistance isn’t high enough, you can cause injury to your knees.
Twisted Nerve – Kill Bill Vol. 1 Break
Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood – Kill Bill Vol. 1 Plateau (First Seated then Standing) Level 4 at :30, 15 second break / Level 5 at :45, 15 sec break / Level 6 at 1:00, 30 second break / Level 7 at 1:15, 30 sec break/ Level 7 (seated) 1:15, 30 sec break/ Level 6 1:00, 30 sec , Level 5 at :45, 30 sec break, level 4 at :30 /15 sec break Hover if standing gets too much. If the seated climb gets intense, push back further in your seat.
Be Prepared – Lion King Slight Hill Start 3.5 turn every 20 seconds
Earned it – Fifty Shades of Grey Seated Climb Start at 4. 45 second on ,15 off, go 5, 6, 7
Is She With You – Wonder Woman Variety You can do every other jump. Can do a seated or standing dash for the last one.
Arabian Nights – Aladdin Rest
Gangsta Paradise – Dangerous Minds Reverse Standing Climb Start at 7, 45 seconds on, 15 off, then down to 6, 5, 4  Can sit or hover if it gets too intense.
Wild Wild West Up 8 down 8 If it’s too difficult to stand, take a break and stay seated
I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing – Armageddon Rolling Hills Start at 3.5, turn every 5 seconds, 6 turns (30 seconds), turn back for 4 (20 seconds) / Stay where you are and do the sequence again so after you turn back four you should be a little higher than where you started. If it’s too difficult, take some off or stop turning. If it’s too easy, turn it up.
Sweet Dreams – X Men: Apocalypse 20/20/20 Level 4, 5, 6. Stand at4, hover 5, sit at 6, stand at 6 so the sequence will be 4, 5, 6, 6, 6, 4, 4, 5, 6, 6. 5 will always be a hover.
