I’ve been working on several themed playlists but I just wanted to create one using songs I like. Breakdown below.

Malaguena Salerosa Staggered Seated Hill. 7, 5, 6, 4. 45secs on, 15 secs off
OMG – Usher, will.i.am 20/20/20. Start at 3.5. Turn every 20
Just Dance – Lady Gaga Jump every time you hear “Just Dance”
Take Me Out – Franz Ferdinand Start seated transition to hover when the beat of the song changes. Start at 3, turn every 10 seconds Can do a seated hover
You’ve Got TIme – Regina Spektor Working Break
Ballroom Blitz Seated Steady Ride -Seated Dash-Standing Dash. Seated dash at :48, standing dash at :1;10, back to seated steady ride at 1;30 / Seated Dash at 1:55, Standing Dash at 2:17 back to seated at 2:30 / Seated Dash at 2:47, Standing Dash at 2:58 back to seated dash at 3:15, recover at 3:25
