Sage and Lavender Smudge Cleansing Spray

Maybe you don’t know this about me but, I’m extra. I either do something all the way or I don’t do it at all.

And that includes keeping all my spaces Zen AF

I took my Lavender and Sage Smudge Stick and turned it into a liquid form.

This spray has the same benefits just without the smoke.  You can even use it in other places where the smoke from a smudge stick may be too overbearing or not allowed (car, office space, hotel rooms). I added a small cluster of Himalayan salt for extra cleansing benefits.

Sage and Lavender Smudge Cleansing Spray

5 cups distilled water

1 cup fresh sage leaves

2 Tbsp fresh lavender

1 small cluster of Himalayan Sea Salt. If you can’t find clusters (I got mine from a local gem shop), use 1Tbs of coarse salt

Add all ingredients to pot and place over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from the heat, cover, and let it seep for 20 minutes. Once cooled, drain the liquid and pour into a large bottle. I used a 16oz amber glass bottle. I had plenty left over so I poured the rest into smaller spray bottles (and gave one to a friend – spread the positivity). The rest I will add to my diffuser.
