Acai Bowls

My new food obsession: Acai bowls! 

I made mine with 1/4 cup Sambazon Acai Juice, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, and one whole banana. Mix it all together in blender then top it with more fruit and/or granola. I topped mine with chia seeds and homemade granola.
I used this guide for making the granola. 

I didn’t add dried fruit and I baked mine a little longer at a higher temp because I wanted my granola to be more crunchy.  
Most recipes have recommended using the frozen Acai smoothie packets but I wasn’t able to find them. The juice works just fine. Plus, you can do what I did and freeze the rest of the juice and scoop some out as needed. If you do this you will need to use a little liquid such as almond milk, coconut water, or aloe vera juice. 
The second time I made then bowl I only used almond milk (and nixed the yogurt) and I wasn’t a fan. While it’s basically a smoothie in a bowl it tasted too much like a smoothie to me. It didn’t have the smooth soft serve frozen yogurt consistency the first bowl had.
