Strawberry Banana Smoothie
So after months and months of researching, I finally got myself a new camera!?I’ve been wanting to get ?a DSLR for quite some time but they can be quite an investment. Plus, there are so many options. How is a newbie to choose? Instead of continuing to give myself a headache from overthinking (I tend to do that – a lot!) I took the plunge and got this one.?I thought a bundle package was best for me so I didn’t have to buy so many things separately (which could cost more). Also, this one came with a tripod so I no longer have a excuse as to why I can’t get photos of clothing I made. No I need to get a wireless or remote. Or use the self-timer and get in the frame very fast!
Expect a lot of experimental photos as I continue to learn all the tips and tricks!
Post workout, I’m usually spent and the last thing I want to focus on is what I’m going to eat. Sometimes I will have a glass of green juice just to quickly replenish myself until I make my bigger meal or I will have a leftover frittata.?This past Friday, I made myself a strawberry banana smoothie and gulped it down. Best part, I had enough left over for a second serving!
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 cup greek yogurt
5 or 6 whole strawberries (add an extra one for garnishing)
1 banana (1/2 for the smoothie 1/2 for garnishing)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
Blend all ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency. Garnishing is completely optional but I highly suggested! I topped the first one with sliced bananas and strawberries, granola and cinnamon and the second one with sliced bananas strawberries, granola, and shredded coconut.
