Pout’s Spring Beauty Trend Event

I’m becoming a makeup snob. And I’m ok with this. A couple of weeks ago, my good friend and podcast co-host, Jernell, told me about Pout’s first ever Beauty Trend Event. I was excited about it for several reasons: I love talking/learning about all things beauty, this would be great content for the podcast (and blog), and events like this don’t tend to happen often in this city so I was not going to miss out on it.

As soon as I walk in I see Jernell getting dolled up.

When you examine the glow up…
And approve.
I fell in love with the Polar Ice Palette from Chantecaille. It’s the same palette used on Lucy Boynton (aka Mary Austin in Bohemian Rhapsody) for her Oscars Red Carpet Look.
One day, I will have a mirror with the LED Lights built in. #manifest

When your friend FINALLY takes a decent photo of you.
My new loot. I learned about these brands (and more) during the event.
Kjaer Weis Cream Blush (I’m using Abundance), FOREO Luna Mini 2 Facial Cleansing Brush, Chantecaille Polar Ice Palette, Patchology on the Fly
Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation (I’m using Flawless)

I’m still testing out the products before I give a final word but so far so good!

And before I go, check out my latest Solitaire Session (my solo podcast episode recording) where I talk more about the event, brands, and products.
