I was listening to a podcast a few months and it talked about how your gut is considered your “second brain.” I’m not going to get crazy scientific because that’s way over my head but there are studies that show the gut and brain are always communicating. While the brain allows us to look at everything from all view points, the gut allows us to lead with our feelings. The Two of Swords is your gut. If something feels right, do it. It not, it’s probably best to steer away. Often times we tend to overthink situations and choices causing more stress on the mind and body. When I’m teaching spin class (and now yoga!) I always tell people “Listen to your body. You know it better than anyone.”
Trust your gut. You know better than anyone what feels right or wrong.
