Soda City Style: Get Red-dy for Animal Print

Confression: Sometimes writing the title for a post is harder than writing the post itself. I don’t know what I was trying to do with the title but it’s what I’m giving and you’re just gonna have to take it.

These Dickies…what a find! I said this before but if you thrift, you must thrift all of the sections. If I want pants or jeans to give me more of the relaxed, boyfriend-style, I head to the Men’s section.

The top was purchased by a vendor who was next to us a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, the name of the vendor is escaping me right now but I will update this post as soon as I remember I’ll update it.

The necklace was a recent purchase from Valerie Lamott Design. Valerie has been a metalsmith for years and is amazing at her craft. Making jewelry is the one thing I couldn’t grip so I admired those with major skills. A lot of her recent work is inspired by her camping and hiking trips. I liked the mountains on the necklace and to me it could either be the sun or moon shining behind them.

I finally had some free time to make it to Kiara and get my nails done. Pretty soon they’ll have a new location, Canvas Studio.

Living in Columbia, South Carolina and using this blog as my space to share a little insight into my life in what I'm making on the sewing machine, knitting needles, crochet hooks, in the kitchen, and elsewhere.
