I’m not sure why, but I have always been intimated to make a Vogue sewing pattern but this is one of easiest dresses I have made. Granted, the silhouette is fairly simple but I finished this one up in a couple of hours.

I got the fabric from Joann and its a linen blend. I have been really drawn to orange/rust lately; I can wear it during the summer and layer it up in the Fall/Winter.

Next time I make it I’ll take off some inches from the bodice. I keep thinking I’m taller than I really am.
