Relax your shoulders
Draw your ears down towards your shoulders
Relax your jaw
Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth
Inhale through your nose - feel the coolness
Exhale through your nose - feel the warmth
Feel the air at the bridge of your nose
Notice the breath start from your sacrum as it travels to your third eye
Repeat
