Meditation and Breathwork for Cortisol

Cortisol levels spiking from time to time is normal as it types into or sense of danger but when it stays spiked for too long, it can cause issues in our body such as weight gain and fatigue. You’ll be using the 4-7-8 breath method for this session. You can perform this while seated or lying down.
