Aparigraha (Non-Possessiveness)

When I guide my students in meditations, I will say, “Whatever memory or thought pops up in your mind, thank it for coming, then kindly send it on its way.”

It is time I take my own advice.

Lately I have had a hard time of letting go of the past and expectations I had for myself. While I strive to always practice the Yamas and Niyamas consistently,  right now Aparigrapha (Non-Possessiveness)is at the forefront.

This episode focuses on Aparigraha, learning to let go and leaning into Radical Acceptance.
